Our processes Here every step of the way.

We work with you to understand your needs and requirements. We make sure you know what to expect throughout the process, and ensure we can get the people and materials on-site in a way that doesn’t cause disruptions.

You will have your own dedicated contract manager to help you navigate through the costing, design and installation process, as well as answering any questions you may have along the way.

Providing full production drawings, when required, we will show you exactly what you will be buying, with our size information clearly shown, and help you to integrate with the surrounding elements. Presented in a universally understood format, your architects and sub-contractors will be free to use these.

We offer a fully serviced installation and will manage the process from concept to completion, so you can relax and let us take care of your needs.

Quality and cost are always important, so we want to deliver the best solution for you, make sure you are working with the right materials, and keep you up-to-date with your bill.

Our directors and management team will deal with you directly, so you will be guaranteed a quality service and product every time.

Great service and commitment to quality is at the core of our business. We remain at the forefront of an ever-changing and challenging market, which ensures you will always have the most up-to-date and superior products.

Step 1. Design and quotation

We will advise you on product specifications and ensure we quote the most appropriate products for any given individual requirement.

Step 2. Site survey.

Once an order is placed you will be allocated a dedicated contract manager who will assist you with any queries or questions you may have about your chosen products or about the installation process. Your contract manager will undertake a site survey at your home and show you samples of the products you’re interested in.

Excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do, so we will make sure you are 100% happy with everything on the day of the survey. It’s your chance to ask us any questions you may have, but if you think of anything after the survey, feel free to contact your contract manager anytime.

Step 3. Drawing issue.

You will be issued a set of manufacturing drawings to sign off which show exactly what we’ll install so you feel confident ahead of manufacture.

Step 4. Manufacture.

After the drawings are agreed and signed off, we’ll give you an approximate installation date. Two weeks before installation, we’ll call you to confirm an exact installation date, working around your schedule to ensure it’s convenient for you.

Every project is different, but we’ll run through what you can expect during installation and discuss how any potential disruption can be kept to a minimum.

Step 5. Installation.

Our highly trained on-site teams will complete the installation with as little disruption as possible.

When installation is complete, we’ll give you a full demonstration of your new products to ensure you understand how to operate them.

Step 6. Warranty.

You can have confidence in the quality of our products, as all of our products have a 10-year warranty.
